We firmly insist.
We, the residents of Bengaluru, voters of Karnataka, for our immediate welfare and the benefit of future generations, firmly insist that you:
Cancel the tenders.
The proposed flyovers will make traffic congestion worse. Stop work on this project immediately.
Reallocate the budget.
Within 90 days, reallocate the ₹13,000 crore on mobility projects based on IISc guidance with full transparency.
Follow the process.
Institute the Bengaluru Metropolitan Land Transport Authority (BMLTA) immediately.
We know you want a better Bengaluru, but pouring 13,000 crores into concrete corridors for cars is not the answer.
Do the right thing, this could be your legacy.
